The Bootflap Company Pty Ltd was formed in August 2001.

The company was developed around a completely new and internationally patented motor vehicle accessory; this accessory provided a niche opportunity within the vehicle accessory industry.

The Boot Lip Protector product has been developed over a two-year period in consultation with business consultants, motor vehicle manufacturers, motor vehicle dealerships, specialist Taiwanese manufacturing facilities and others.

The Boot Lip Protector's innovative practicality & simplicity of design will allow it to become a "foundation" accessory such as headlight & bonnet protectors when the buying public become aware of its existence & affordability.

The Bootflap Company holds extensive patent protection for the Boot Lip Protector.
